What?
We are working on a new restoration site on private land along the edge of St Peters St. Last time we made a big hole in the privet and ladder fern. We will continue on ginger, agapanthus, ladder fern etc.

NOTE - We are only permitted to control the first 5 metres from the road for stage one.

Bring?
Bring gardening gloves, spade, saw, protective clothing, strong footwear - but we will we have gear if you need it

We will break for morning tea at 1030 on site 

Safety issues?
The site is steep and slippery in places. Sharp branches pose a risk to your eyes. Take care.

What if its pouring down?
Only if the weather is atrocious will we cancel. Watch for an email or phone Richard.

The Alofa Concert is open to all and will raise funds for the ‘Our People, Our City’ fund, which was set up by the Christchurch Foundation helping those affected by the Christchurch attacks.

North Shore ANZAC Day Services Cancelled

This means that the services planned for Birkenhead, Glenfield, Northcote Point, Takapuna and Devonport have been cancelled.

Unfortunately the difficult decision has been made to cancel all North Shore services, except for the service at Browns Bay.
This means that the services planned for Birkenhead, Glenfield, Northcote Point, Takapuna and Devonport have been cancelled.
The number of services across Auckland has been consolidated from 84 to 26.
This decision has been reached by Auckland Council, the RSA and Police, after advice from the Police. However it is not related to a specific threat, but to the difficulty of policing all Auckland services adequately at this time.
