This must be an independant property manager from a small operation and not from one of the Licenced Real Estate Groups like Ray White, Harcourts or Barfoots. It would also be better if the party concerned also sells real estate but not for a major group.
The task Involves an inspection and meeting followed up with a written assessment of what the property should have rented for 3 years ago and currently.

Auckland Harbour Bridge summer works
NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi is carrying out essential maintenance on the Auckland Harbour Bridge this December and January. The southbound clip-on lanes will be closed (24/7) from 26 December to 5 January for road resurfacing. Night-time lane restrictions will be in place throughout the summer for recoating work on the bridge. Traffic will still be able to travel in both directions at all times.
