Science Proven Mindfulness Beyond Meditation To Help You Thrive in Life & at Work
In NZ we can consider ourselves lucky by having had such a short lockdown compared to other countries around the world.
Regardless of the length, many businesses have suffered/ are suffering as a result of Covid here as well world wide.
The mental impact is huge, so as the impact on our bodies.
The question I’ve asked myself was “how can we thrive in such an environment”?
So I put together a FREE presentation (I’m NOT selling you anything!), simply want to offer you my professional knowledge on the subject if you’re interested.
I’ve done the similar presentation for Princeton University in the USA. View their testimonial here: www.ildymeixner.com...
Did you know that Mindfulness is not just a theory but one of the most well-researched area in the scientific world?!
It’s now used in Psychology, Neuroscience and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.
Title of my presentation:

We want to know: As the world evolves, what skills do you think give a CV the ultimate edge in a robot-filled workplace?

Poll: Should complete designs be shared with the public, or should the community help shape the designs from the start?
The Post recently shared an opinion piece on the Harbour Crossing and why a more democratic approach might be needed 🚗🚲👟
While most decisions sit within the political arena, many organisations—like NZTA—manage long-term projects that go beyond party lines. Politics can sometimes disrupt progress, and the next Harbour Crossing is a big decision that will affect all Aucklanders.
We’d love your thoughts: Should near-complete, shovel-ready designs be shared with the public, or should the community have a hand in shaping the designs from the start?
-
77.9% Community feedback and transparency is needed.
-
22.1% No. This would be impossible in practice.
