Within the community are 3 different types of homes catering to investors, families and young professionals. Each terraced home comes with a private back yard and each home comes with car parking and a private outdoor, green space, which flows out from the living room.
The forms and materials used to create The Groves hark back to the original West Auckland horticultural land uses. Inspired by glasshouses and simple farm buildings, you can see this reflected in the roof forms and materials used.
Matvin has a long history of building commercial developments, which has allowed us to use more robust and permanent materials in each home.
