Meet the team at our Beachlands SPCA Op Shop, Maria and Grace! 🐶🐱

The Team from SPCA Auckland - Centres & Op Shops

We’re excited to welcome Maria, our new Store Manager:
"I love that the Op Shop helps raise vital funds to support animal care and rescue work — it’s a great way to combine my passion for helping others with my retail experience. ."

And Grace, our friendly local Retail Assistant:
"Working for the SPCA means a lot to me because I believe in the work they do to protect and care for animals. At the Beachlands op shop, I love being able to connect with our community, share a smile, and help customers find something special."

They're ready to make your op shopping experience welcoming and positive, but they need your help! We’re looking for more donations and volunteers to keep the shop thriving:
📍 Drop off general donations: 42 Kouka Road, open 9–5pm 7-days
📞 Call our truck team for furniture donation pick-ups: 0800 77 22 23

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Post has been diving into our daily habits, and research suggests being an early bird or a night owl isn’t just a choice—it’s biology! We all have that specific time when our brains finally "click" into gear.

We want to hear from you:
1. When does your brain "click" into gear?
2. Would a flexible (or shortened) schedule change the way you work?
