Currently Family of 4 with (2 Children 9 & 13 years), so easy going environment, fun and friendly. Quiet Street and neighbourhood.
Shared kitchen and 90% use of main bathroom for yourself. Patio and BBQ.
Water & Utilites are included in the rent and with parking on street or driveway.
Hi-Speed Internet(Wi-Fi-Unlimited), Netflix, Neon, Disney+.
