Every Christmas, we somehow manage to spend more on gifts than we planned and buy more food than we could ever eat. Inevitably, this creates a lot of waste. Which is why this year, we’re focusing on turning Christmas waste into Christmas joy. After all, there’s more than enough Christmas to go around.
