The festival takes place on Saturday, 24 March and Sunday, 25 March at Western Springs Park.
It is divided into 11 villages, each representing a different Pacific Island culture and with its own entertainment stage and stalls.
Applications are open for food, craft, information and commercial stalls including not-for-profit options.
Apply online, with applications closing on 12 January 2018.
