The tip is operating shortened hours and at a fraction of its capacity. Not open Sundays So DONT be lazy and throw your rubbish down a bank or onto the kerb. Be a true New Zealander and wait until level 2 or Level 1 then dispose of your rubbish in the correct way and place.

One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
