How to Object to Your CV
Auckland Council (AC) released the long awaited Council Valuations (CV) last week with the general consensus that values are below current market values - note 1 June 2021 valuation date. If you would like to object to your valuation AC will "need to receive your objection by the objection due date on your valuation notice. It is approximately six weeks from when the new values are published." Changes may result in increased/decreased rates. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
