Landlords,Tenants and Homeowners ...Do you need insulation done? Where possible all rental properties must now have ceiling and underfloor insulation installed to the minimum requirements. I have experience in installing insulation and can fit yours to NZ4246 standards. I can also install ground vapour barrier to NZ4246 standards.
