CHILDREN'S SCREEN TIME is a hot topic for parents. How to manage screen time is the number one question I'm getting from parents in my private practice for children.
I'll be doing a presentation in Devonport, Auckland on June 28 on this topic, including helpful strategies for parents and why it's vital to monitor and regulate screen time due to a range of adverse psychological and physical effects (see attached flyer).
