Trade me pickup needed today
Hi neighbours, We purchased a 7 panel glass pool fence on trade me and were a mere mm short of being able to fit it into our van yesterday. So we are looking for someone to pick up in westmere and deliver to Rothesay bay today if possible. Streetside pick up, so it will only take an hour at most but will require 2 strong people and a wide van, box truck or similar and blankets, towels to protect the glass. Offering $100 dollars ( $ 50 for the hour each for 2 strong people) plus $20 petrol money. It will be Contactless pick up and delivery. Please phone or text jason 027 211 1568 for details.

Night-time chipsealing works on SH2
From 9 to 17 February, stop/go traffic management will be in place on SH2 between McPherson Road and Dimmock Road on multiple nights between 9pm and 5am (Sundays to Thursdays).
During the day, all lanes will be open, but speed restrictions will apply to allow the chipseal to set and to protect vehicles travelling over the newly laid surface.
There may be delays to your journey when travelling through the area. This is weather dependent so check NZTA Journey Planner before you travel.
