Instructions on how to polish Kauri Gum
To avoid confusion and unnecessary time and trouble, please note: The GUM in the photos is NOT FOR SALE. The photos are EXAMPLES of what can be achieved using the instructions that are on offer here.
This is NOT a book.
To my knowledge, there has never been a book published on the subject of polishing Kauri Gum. The instructions are contained in 8-A4 pages explaining how to choose the gum you want to polish, the tools and materials you will need, step by step directions on how to polish it, and some suggestions on where and how to sell it. Also, a bit of history, and an explanation of what "gum" really is so you better understand what it is you are working with.
You will have most of the things you need at home, and can begin polishing your gum for a small investment (materials) of less than $20 dollars.
