New mum improving after suffering brain injury after giving birth

A new mum has been in hospital for five weeks after suffering catastrophic bleeding after birth which led to a brain injury.
Although the family was initially told to prepare for end of life care, Lydia Mok has started to make small improvements and is now able to communicate with family.

Yes I am all of the above, please can anyone suggest recommend someplace I can go ( but not the glue factory yet) for some way of easing up years of building work so I can move more easily, think stretching exercise type stuff.
