I am posting on behalf of my friends who are from Italy and living in (and loving!) New Zealand. They are a lovely couple with a young boy who is 2 and a half. They wish to move out of their current accommodation and are looking for a two bedroom house or flat on the North Shore. They make great tenants as they are extremely tidy and enjoy taking good care of their home. They are hoping to find a property with a carport or garage. Their budget is up to $500 per week. One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
