Join us this SATURDAY MAY13 for morning tea ... and bring along your house hold items that may be able to be fixed and saved from the Manawatū District Council 's landfill.
We have a great team of skilled volunteers available to assess - COMPUTERS, ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT: CLOCKS; GENERAL ITEMS constructed of WOOD, METAL and CERAMIC; FABRIC and BOOKS...all at the Feilding Repair CAFE at the Caledonian Hall 55 Weld St from 10am - 12.30pm.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
