YES is dedicated to supporting youth and assisting young people to become the best adults they can be. We provide the following services, designed to equip young people and support the transition to being independent adults:

- Group and individual growth programmes

- Youth transition support

- Connecting job candidates with employers via partnerships and our Te Aroha Jobs Facebook group at https://www.facebook.com/groups/873119109475280/

- Support for youth with mental health challenges

- Support and advocacy

- Mentoring YES is a non-profit organisation that relies heavily upon the support of volunteers.

At YES we provide our services upon request to the following agencies: CYF, CAMHS, Barnardos, Health Te Aroha, and local police. A referral is not essential as we also work with families and young people who seek our support directly.
