Our mission is to provide community based, free or low cost, accessible, appropriate and high quality services and activities which support health and wellbeing. Free counselling, cervical screens, after hours nursing, playgroup and other social and recreational services, advice, support and advocacy are available, either from the centre or by referral to other agencies throughout the city. We are uniquely based on the campus of Victory Primary School and while supporting the school community to improve educational, social and health outcomes, we are embedded in the wider community. We offer a wide ranging programme of social, recreational and cultural activities - Victory on the Move. Our Be Well Community Nurse works alongside people to get easier access to other services and supports. We have a national reputation for the "Victory Way" - an approach to working that is warm, welcoming and offering a neighbourly professional relationship.
