Tawatawa SEA is a group of volunteers that are working to restore the biodiversity in the Tawatawa Reserve. The group raises plants in a nursery located in the reserve from locally sourced seeds. During the wetter months these then get planted in the reserve. Working bees are held year round on Saturdays from 2pm. Volunteers always welcome. There is lots of fun stuff to do. There is something to suit all ages and levels of fitness.
