The e-packs for children/teens include resources about: how to strengthen children and teens against anxiety after news of a world trauma, helping children cope with fears and worries and coping skills for managing emotions. The e-pack for adults includes information about anxiety management strategies, adapting to change and possible job loss.

Reaching agreement through a parenting plan, and how to navigate the Family Justice System are also part of this course. Skylight runs courses in Kāpiti, Lower Hutt, Porirua, Masterton, and Wellington CBD.
