Community Organisation
We are a community based concert band based at Birkenhead College on the North Shore. We provide an opportunity for people to keep making music together for as long as they can. Current members range in age from 15 to 90 and we are always looking for more people who can play any brass or woodwind instrument, plus percussion or string bass. We all share a passion for making music and love the opportunity to share it with other people through regular performances. We play a variety of music including classical, show tunes, folk, pop, jazz standards, etc.
