Local Area Coordinators (LACs) have taken up residence at the Trentham Community House. Local Area Coordination is a powerful innovation to connect disabled people and their whānau, with their community. Your LACs seek to nurture local solutions and build your capacity to help you become more self-sufficient and confident when connecting with your community. LACs work ALONGSIDE disabled people. Local Area Coordination in the Hutt Valley covers the Lower Hutt and Upper Hutt City Council boundaries.
