Helensville 0800

Citizens Advice Bureau provides free and confidential advice to everyone.

We take the time to listen to you and equip you with the information, options, and support that fit your needs.

We try to help you to know and understand your rights and obligations and how to use this information to get the best outcomes, providing you with the confidence and support you need to take action.

We also work for positive social change within communities and wider society.

Services we offer include a vast range of information and resources, a Justice of the Peace service, budget clinic, legal clinic and referrals.

Since 2016 we have now become the information centre and often help tourists and visitors to the district.

Our bureau began in 1991 and has been one of the key organisations helping new and established residents, visitors and a number of groups.

Since August 2022, we have moved to 16 Commercial Rd and aim to have more community connections as our new premises is much more spacious and modern.

We now host the Community Support Network group which consists of South Kaipara organisations, agencies and individuals. We meet once a month to share information, coming events and relevant news which may come in handy for our clients.

Groups which need a confidential space for meetings including family conferences, counselling and committee gatherings often use our venue around our CAB criteria and opening hours.
