Like many, Bronwyn had never thought much about her heart, until doctors discovered she had a life-threatening heart condition. Bronwyn is so grateful for the support of her community and now she is doing something to help other people fighting heart disease.

The Heart Foundation invites you to a session with Long-term Conditions Nurses Adrienne Kennedy & Karen Ututaonga to discuss living with heart failure.

After the short presentation, there will be an informal opportunity for you to share your experience of living with heart failure and to ask questions about the condition. Family/Whānau are welcome to come along too.
Attendance is FREE and light refreshments will be served.
