The Green Bay Ratepayers Association own the hall at 229 Portage Road, Green Bay Beach, and is an Incorporated Society. The land was purchased by the then residents of Green Bay, and the hall was built in the early 50's by local home owners. It has served many community meetings, weddings, 21st celebrations, dance groups etc, and for the past 15 years it has been leased to the West Auckland Toy Library. The GBRA has a committee of 7 local's and welcome community to attend meetings and attend the annual AGM held, Oct/Nov every year.
