‘Give a Kid a Blanket (2017)’ will run from the 1st June till the 1st August 2017. With what seems to be an even harder winter coming for many kids and families in NZ facing the winter cold in cars, garages, sleep out’s and children at risk We need blankets, duvets, sleeping bags etc. new or preloved. Give a Kid a Blanket is an Art Project by Donna Turtle Sarten & Bernie Harfleet, who will collect blankets and give them to kids. These we will get to kids and their families across Auckland through public health nurses. We have 50 drop off points across Auckland.
