Family & Financial Solutions Trust is managed by two paid staff (who also happily volunteer non paid hours) and five non paid trustees who volunteer their expertise. We donated $12,590.00 of unpaid service hours to year end June 2016, and we happily continue to do so. We are a not-for-profit organisation, established in February 2008. The Trust provides a holistic individualised mentoring program for families and individuals with complex: financial, housing, employment, educational and health needs. The aim is to empower those families and individuals in the Taupo community with skills to achieve financial independence and the ability to manage the complex changes they face daily, including changes that may occur and upset their progress. By working together with other agencies in our community, we contribute to the education of parents on how to build stronger and healthier family units. The focus is on seeking progressive resolutions and positive, sustainable life changing outcomes.
