Dreaming Tuataras WFC is New Zealand's first Walking Football Club. Simply put Walking Football is a slower paced version of football (soccer) played on a small sized field where you can only walk. There is no running or jogging. It is great for cardiovascular exercise and muscle & joint mobility. This format of the beautiful game is great for the 50+ age group who want a way to keep active and social or for those with injuries looking for a low impact, minimal contact sport to play.
