Five elected Trustees hold 100% ownership of the shares in Counties Energy Limited on behalf of the consumers who are directly connected to the Company's lines network within the Counties area: from coast to coast between southern Papakura and Mercer, and west of the Waikato River from Mercer to Waikaretu.
