Comprehensive Care funds and supports General Practice Teams. We deliver health programmes in local communities for all patients enrolled with us through their family doctor. Our healthcare programmes include support and education for people living with chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease and asthma, and supporting improvements for health of children and older adults. We cover north and west Auckland, from Titirangi and Devonport to Wellsford, with practices in urban and rural settings.
