Brooklyn Residents' Association Incorporated The Brooklyn Residents' Assn has a role in: - being the voice of concerned local residents; The BRAI is heavily involved in local and community wide activities. It advocates for residents and ratepayers by: # communicating and making submissions to the WCC and Greater Wellington Council on a range of issues relating to the local and general area # encouraging participation in the democratic process at grassroots level.
