The Black Ribbon New Zealand Trust ("BRNZT") is a Charitable Trust, a not-for-profit organisation managed by volunteers. Our purpose as a Trust is to deliver non-discriminatory messages of awareness encouraging individuals and families to take personal responsibility for reducing domestic and family violence in our New Zealand communities. We do this by providing support and awareness campaigns designed to create social change to end all forms of relationship and domestic violence.
The key success of BRNZ is dependent on support from communities nationwide. The Trust does not receive any government funding, and therefore is dependent on the support of individuals, businesses and organisations through sponsorship and donations.
