I just want to make a statement,
Who is totally offended with the repulsive noise of a idiot racing around Mt.Victoria on a Nifty 50 Scooter???
He/she needs to add a Muffler to the bike, or get it fixed.....
Surely by Law this is "Not Acceptable"
Can anything be done " By Law" ?
