Wilding pines are creeping their way into the Kaikōura ranges, and their rapid spread has sparked fresh calls for more support from central government.

Marlborough alone needs at least $10 million a year to keep conifers under control. Across New Zealand, more than 2 million hectares have already been affected.

So we’re wondering… What do you think is the best way to tackle the wilding pine problem?
