Pinehaven Martial Arts & Self Defence
Heya friends, if you're keen to give martial arts a go - for fun or self-defence for you or your kids, we run classes out of the Pinehaven Community Hall each week. We teach a range of styles (Chinese Wing Chun Kung Fu, Filipino Stick Fighting, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - and we run weekly fitness and street defence classes).
All ages and levels of fitness welcome!

Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
