Job stability for nurses in the Waikato? šŸ„

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

Waikato Hospital typically brings new graduates on at 0.8 or 0.9 FTE, but recent interviewees are being told the only roles available are part-time at just 0.6 FTE.

Nurses are essential, and our health system is already under pressure, so why aren’t we offering these new nurses the secure roles they’ve trained for?

We want to know: Are we unintentionally training New Zealand nurses for the Australian job market?
