Do you have this gutter system on your house?
Alot of houses in Kapiti have this internal gutter system on there house known as a Klass Fascia or Taylor Fascia. Popular from the 80s to the mid 2000's.
These internal gutter systems are extremely prone to leaking and damaging your soffit, walls and your home, you also may not know what is going on due to the water exiting the soffit slowly over years but also rotting the timber members in the process.
