Disability parking abuse

What should have been a great outing enjoying good weather and lunch at the Hamilton Lake turned out disappointing. Not only were they parked illegally the kayak was hanging out the back of the ute, anyone over the height of 5ft 10in had to duck down to avoid hitting their head. A message to the offender is don't be selfish and consider others for a change.
