Over the past three decades, mindfulness meditation has garnered growing interest as a tool for managing impulsive behaviors. This is evident from the numerous studies examining various MM practices to address behavioral issues related to impulse control. Feeling tired , stressed, depressed , have high blood pressure , and many other complaints can be helped , or just have a feeling that things should be better, then Meditation might be for you.
At Mangamuka meditation centre we guide people in groups and one on one, with calm abiding , insite & walking meditation practice .
