A creative group where you can reflect on what the $%@! happened to your brain, your body, and your old life.
10:30am-12:30am Saturday 9th August
Nelson Women's Centre - 44 Trafalgar Street (All genders welcome).
The time will include:
- Introductions to the group, and a suggested method of drawing (or writing) your experience.
- Time to work on your own reflection (materials provided).
- Opportunity to share reflections.
We will have a quiet room available for those who need to take time out from the group.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
