We're packing up the house and have some items to give away. A couple of nice old chests (one metal, one wooden), drawers (functioning but in need of some tlc), Rhino Rack car roof box, white trestle desk, assorted pot plants, bar stools x 3, plus more... All available for collection from Island bay before Thursday mid-morning. Tried to includes pics but files were too large and don't have time to re-size! As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
