Manufacturing mogul and philanthropist Sir Brendan Lindsay is “proud and very overwhelmed” to join an exclusive list of Kiwis receiving a knighthood in this year’s King’s Birthday Honours.
The richlister started Sistema in his Cambridge garage in 1982 and turned it into a household name throughout Aotearoa and the world after its acquisition by US-based Newell Brands in 2016.
