Large room in lovely sunny Khandallah house available for a couple or single person. You'd be joining two friendly, respectful, caring women (30's) and be close to Khandallah Village, walks up My Kaukau, the bus stop and train station.
Rent - $295pw, bond $933 (single), $1,400 (couple).
This is a communal style flat, so you'd need to be up for shared cooking! You'd cook 2 x a week, be cooked for the other nights and get to enjoy a chat over dinner.

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
