With the escalating costs AND hidden problems that you may come across you can go well over your budget and find this 1% interest loan useful. It is for 3 years and specifically targets items like double glazing
You don’t see this Ioan on the front page of there website and have to read carefully terms ad conditions.

Hi neighbours, I am an artist and I am looking for chunky blocks of wood, offcuts, any wood but must be chunky , minimum 10cm cubed or larger. They don't need to be perfect, irregular shapes will be fine, any type of wood. Also I need steel rods.... eg: refer to image .
