Let's Move & Get Strong Classes in Rangiora
Run by Let's Move & Connect. Come and give this a go. With mature movers in mind, this class combines movement with and without chairs, balance work and gentle strength exercises using light weights, resistance bands, pilates balls and more to target key muscle groups that support everyday life.
With some great music to keep the energy up from start to finish. This class is low impact and suitable for all levels of fitness.
Mondays 10am (no classes on Public Holidays)
