Is this Cat Yours
Hi there,
it turns out that this gentleman is called Major and has a microchip.
He was marked lost by his owners and the vets were able to contact them and he is being collected by his people from them.
So a good outcome!
regards
Tim and Jan
Hi Everyone,
We have had the Cat in the photo arrive at the Motel.
He seems to be looking for a home hanging around the Motel
From the way he behaves we think he has been displaced from someone who has cared for and treated him very well.
Please contact us at the Cheviot Park Motor Lodge if you can help him get home.
regards
Tim and Jan Hodgson
Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
