A commercial hub fit for fleets of vessels is coming to Thames with the multi-million development expected to transform the little town by the Firth.

Next to the Waihou river, the Kōpū Business and Marine Precinct, was a sign of opportunity local authorities say, with the once waning structure, upgraded to a large-scale recreational and commercial hub.
