Heartbeats West Auckland heart event survivors group meeting this Tuesday 7th November.
WHERE: SturgesWest Community Centre, 58 Summerland Drive, Henderson
WHEN: Tuesday afternoon at 1:00pm
If you are a heart event survivor, and don't know where to turn, or haven't quite sorted out 'what's my future look like'? 'Am I likely to have another heart attack'? 'Where can I get help'? "I'm really struggling' - you have found the right place. We're all about support, both emotional, and educational. We can point you to healthcare professionals who can help you further.
EVERYONE IS WELCOME - come along, learn from, and meet other heart event survivors who are on the same journey.
