TAI CHI - HAVE A GO SESSIONS ARAPUNI
Come along to our free have-a-go sessions of Taoist Tai Chi arts in support of the International Week of the Older Person, October 2 till October 7. Improve your health and wellbeing, and find stillness, strength and resilience with Taoist Tai Chi practice. The classes are being held at the Arapuni Hall, 10 am on Tuesday 3rd October.
